Kimberly Burke Sweetman

Kimberly Burke Sweetman is head of Access Services at NYU’s Bobst Library. A nationally recognized writer, educator and conference speaker, Kimberly’s research interests focus on developing library managers to improve their effectiveness, a passion which has led her to become credentialed as an executive coach, working one on one with library managers. Kimberly is the author of the popular Managing Student Assistants and co-author of Access Services: Organization and Management (Association of Research Libraries), as well as numerous articles on customer service, assessment and resource sharing.
